Hi friend,
I know you are suffering from feeling like emotions control your life, but that you know, deep down, that there’s something you can do about it.
How do I know that about you?
I get mad easily, I struggle to calm down, I react impulsively to what people say or do, I overshare, I get excited quickly, I get told I’m “too much”… I spent my whole life (almost 35 years!) feeling ashamed of the way my emotions seemed to control me.
I decided to learn to understand how emotions work in my ADHD brain to finally feel in control.
And I want you to join me.
Because I know you try your best but feel like you’re always failing, because I know you want to feel better and do better for the ones you love but feel like feelings are stronger than your will.
Because I know you regret things you did or said, how you hide your pain, how you guard yourself, how you feel so lonely, misunderstood by so many, including yourself.
I told you, I’m like you.
Together we will break this cycle.
How?
For a long time, for me, emotions felt like a complete mystery. A giant, deep fog that I could not make sense of.
In each ADHD & Emotion Letter, we will detangle how our ADHD brain work. Piece by piece, I will guide you simply, with real-life examples and relatable doodles.
We’ll unpack things like why you explode suddenly, why little things feel huge, how impulsivity and shame are connected, and how to respond differently, with self-trust instead of regret.
I’m not a doctor, I’m not a scholar, I’m just a 35-year-old mother of a toddler, trying to make sense of her ADHD brain.
I promise to never make you feel bored or confused.
This will not feel like opening a 400-page “self-help” book filled with long and compact paragraphs leaving you zoning out and feeling defeated (how many times I felt like this reading a book is crazy).
As I told you, I’m not a doctor, but there’s one thing I do well (besides cinnamon-loaded apple pies): talking to ADHD brains.
I’ve spent the last five years creating content an writing books online to talk about ADHD to ADHD brains.
And I don’t want to brag (my imposter syndrome made me write this), but I’ve gotten good at it.
Each month you’ll take a moment, away from the digital world and all its dopamine traps, to read your ADHD & Emotions Letter.
With this paper letter in your hands (it’s printed on thick and soft cream paper), your brain will finally calm down and focus.
You’ll read it in one sitting, and experience a deeply satisfying sensation of having accomplished something.
Then you’ll let the letter sit on your desk or your kitchen counter, where other people in your household will be able to read it too (in full, or just a few bits here and there) to better understand the neurodivergent people they are, or live with.
You’ll share your letter with your friend, your mother, your brother, your father-in-law, your babysitter, your neighbor, or your kids’ teacher, so they will understand better how emotions and ADHD are connected, and so they will better understand you, and your family.
After a few issues, you might find yourself pausing instead of snapping. Saying what you need without guilt.
And when you need it, you’ll be able to read it again (maybe in six months, maybe in two years) to find this specific section that helped you understand something important, because it won’t be lost in your crowded inbox.
When you receive your first issue, you’ll see that your ADHD brain loves paper, small paragraphs, and doodles.
With this unique combination, you’ll see that you can understand your emotions.
You don’t need more information, more educative reels, more infographic Instagram carousels, more catchy TikToks to understand your emotions.
You need a letter, once a month, tailored exactly for you and your unique brain.
This is a self-care habit that will change your life.

"Learn a lot from the newsletter"
I've been diagnosed with ADHD for about eight years now, and I consider myself pretty ADHD educated.
You know, I follow all the creators, I've kind of done a lot of ADHD therapy.
But getting this — so, getting this issue, I wasn't expecting to learn much. I just thought it was very cute. But I actually did learn a lot from the newsletter, which was really cool. And I really never thought about ADHD and the kind of emotion-dopamine connection before.
So I'm excited to also give this to my dad for Father's Day — I'm going to be mailing it to him as well so he can also learn more about it. He was never diagnosed, but over time has come to recognize a lot of my symptoms in himself.

"Making a difference in my life"
Thank you for putting so much time and effort into it—it truly is making a difference in my life!
Having the physical letter to read makes the information in it more concrete for me, and makes it a lot easier to actually work on affecting change in my life.
My favorite thing about the newsletter is that it gives you actionable things to do at the end so you understand the problem but you also get to understand solutions and what you can actually do in your life to understand yourself better.

"Really validating"
I used it as a way to motivate me to go for a walk and explore my new city and sit by the river in the sun to read it! I often doubt whether I actually have ADHD but reading you talk about the low dopamine states in this newsletter (and most other things you post about) really helps me realize that yes, this is totally all exactly how I feel. It’s really validating and helps me put words to things I’ve never really realized or understood about myself. Thank you so much Alice! I can’t wait to get the next one!

"I’m already hooked"
Hi there!
Just popping in to say how much I adore your newsletter! This is actually my first time subscribing to something like this, and I’m already hooked. First of all, can we talk about how smooth and aesthetic the layout is?? Major points for making ADHD content feel so easy to read
and giving me a break from my phone.
Also, the animations?? Chef’s kiss. I get genuinely excited to see your doodles! They’re not only adorable but somehow always perfectly match the topic.
But what really hits home is how much I’m learning about myself through your stories. It’s comforting, validating, and honestly makes me feel way less alone in this ADHD journey.
Thank you for creating such a fun, cozy, and creative space for all of us with wonderfully unique brains.

"Illustrations Make It Easy to Read and Understand"
First of all, this paper newsletter was a brilliant idea and the format is a delight to go through (nice quality paper that smells good 😊).
I've been reading and learning about emotions for quite a while now and I enjoyed this newsletter: Illustrations make it easy to read and understand - Messages and ideas are clearly structured I was able to read and enjoy it at the end of a stressful day which is great - I learned some useful info that will help me manage my anger better. The best bit is it will be easy to find this info in the future when I need it.
Thank you for your amazing work
Céline
"I got my letter!!"
I just wanted to say thank you. After a terrifying trip to the dentist, I came home to realise that my letter arrived. I took it with me to my desk and read it all in one go! What a refreshing read, I needed to hear everything it had to say. I feel so...accepted. This letter feels like a safe space. Thank you for sharing this with us, and your doodles are just so charming, some of them even made me chuckle.
I feel so happy I get to keep this issue and call it mine. It's sacred. Thanks again, Alice.
Robin
"Looking forward to the next one"
My newsletter has just arrived.
I'm so glad you started with Anger — one of my most emotional emotions.
I love the layout: lots of cream space for my eyes to rest.
The cream paper is so lush. The weight is fantastic, without the worry it will fade away. I'm now looking for a special binder for it, or even a box.
Your illustrations help me see the words.
Looking forward to the next one.
Thank you Alice. You are Amazing
Janet
"It genuinely felt like a treat"
Hi Alice!
I really liked the newsletter! Having to wait for it definitely added to the excitement and anticipation, so it genuinely felt like a treat being able to hold the newsletter and sit down to read it.
As always, I love the way you explain things — informative in a way that's easy to follow, especially with the cute and funny doodles adding clarification and examples.
This weekend, I'm taking the newsletter to my mother, who also has ADHD. I think it’ll be quite helpful for her — and I think it will also help her understand me better.
I like the balance of getting information to help you understand yourself better, but also getting advice for making your life easier/more pleasant (if applicable).
I'm looking forward to your next newsletter!
Michelle
"The best decision I've made lately"
Getting myself a newsletter subscription from The Mini ADHD Coach was one of the best decision I've made lately. Issue two just arrived today and I've already read it twice.

"My New Favorite Thing"
Hi I'm Jamie. I live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts in the United States.
Today has been one of a series of bad days that I've had at work. It was about anger — which is what most of my frustration is at work.
I came home to find this in my mailbox and I actually totally forgot I ordered it. I just read it and I love it. It's like my new favorite thing.
I put it in a binder so I know exactly where it is — unlike all the little things I save from you that are on my phone, in unorganized folders all over the place.
I'm very grateful for you and all the hard work that you do… so that people like me who still struggle day to day can understand and have better tools.
Thank you so much.
Jamie
When will I receive my first issue?
The newsletter will be printed right after the deadline closes, and then it will ship out during the first half of each month. If you're in the U.S., it should arrive fairly quickly. International shipping may take a little longer depending on your location, but it’s all on the way soon!
Yes! Once you subscribe, you’ll get one printed issue (12–18 pages) delivered to your mailbox each month 📮
No. I honestly pour my heart and soul into each issue of this newsletter. I put so much care into making sure every one holds something that could truly shift things for you.
The magic happens slowly, over time. Each issue builds on the last, that’s how everything starts to make sense and really land.
That’s why it’s meant to be a journey, not just a one-time read 💌
Yes! I’m based in France, but since most of my readers are in the US, I’ve partnered with a local US-based printer, which means faster shipping for US subscribers and less environmental impact 🌱If you live outside the US, no worries, the worldwide shipping is already included in the price.
No, this issue will not be available after the deadline. Each issue is printed only once, and only for subscribers who signed up in time. So if you want this one, now’s the moment to grab it before it’s gone forever!
Can I gift the newsletter to someone else?
Yes! (and that’s such a cute idea)! Just make sure to enter their name and mailing address when you subscribe. If you need help, just send me an email at [email protected].
This covers most of the cost for shipping and materials. I chose to have my newsletter printed by professional printers in the US, using the best materials available. It’s printed on thick 60 lb opaque paper, because I think it really matters that you get to read it on high-quality, soft-to-the-touch paper.
In reality, I’m losing money with this proposition. I’m doing it because I believe you’ll love The ADHD & Emotions Letter so much that you won’t want to cancel.
I know it might feel a bit pricey for a newsletter. But I truly believe we need to start investing in content that actually helps us feel better, instead of consuming free content that is just made to please algorithms or promote products.
Today, you don’t have to say “yes.”
You can simply say “maybe.”
Once you receive your first issue, you’ll decide if we part as friends or if you want to keep going with me in this exciting exploration of our ADHD brains!
Will I also get a digital version?
Nope, this is a print-only newsletter. I created it as something special you can hold in your hands, no screens, no notifications, no distractions. Just a quiet moment with a letter that feels like it’s just for you.
